Mold-pressing graphite seal ring is made from low-sulfur expanded graphite tapes through winding and mold compressing. It is exact in size and the density may be custom-made. It doesnt contain any additional filling agent or adhesive agent. Generally, the section is square or cuneal or V type. The latter two are suitable for high-pressure parts. Reinforced graphite filling ring and expanded graphite filling ring are lined stainless steel foil or mesh inside for improving withstanding pressure ability. The corrosion-inhibition type filling ring has all the characters of expanded graphite. It can bear acutely variable temperature and pressure. So it is an ideal filling for valves and various static sealing. Except when valve rod is damaged seriously, it may be used solely or used together with high-carbon fiber packing set group for preventing filling extruding.
