The radiant heater tubes for heating furnaces, heated by gas fired or electric radiant heater tubes, are working at high temperature environment for heat resistant and corrosion resistant on average: 800-1200°C, most of them are used for metallurgical industry furnaces like CAL(continuous annealing line),CGL(Continuous galvanizing line), produced by centrifugal or spun casting method, in different styles according the request of the furnace types, like U, W,I, P type. we get very good customers satisfaction by helping improve  the bottom line of the furnaces. we aim our customers to be more than satisfied , we strive to exceed their expectations with good quality spun cast tubes and assembly, and on time service.we pride ourself on improving our casting quality for longer life of the castings , through extensive research and development, our arms for sink rolls and immersed rolls, stabilizing rolls have a longer life of application than the competitions'.

The radiant tubes are made from high nickel and high chrome heat-resistant alloys, cobalt base alloys, like HU, HT, HK, HP, HW, 24/24NbTiZr, 50Cr/50Ni (2.4813), 1.4865, 1.4849, 1.4848, 1.4410, 1.4059, 1.4841, 1.4845, 1.4852, 2.4879 or as per customer's requirements. To guarantee the good quality of the tube ,and elbows castings, bushes and sleeves, walking beams, petrochemical tube sheets, tube supports, tube hangers,  we choice only the pure new raw materials like nickel plates, chromium alloy iron, tungsten, we never use recycled materials , we never use the pouring gates and risers, we know castings very well, and we will do everything possibly to achieve the best quality of the nature grade material. Other than the selective material , we do each tests necessary to guarantee a good quality, destructive or NDT,  like chemical composition test for each heat, hydrostatic test s,dye penetrant  tests, mechanical tests, radiographic tests and more
