Tubing is pipe used for the transportation of crude oil and natural gas from an oil or gas layer to the surface after drilling is complete. It is made to withstand the pressure generated from the extraction process. Tubing is manufactured in the same way as casing, except that an additional process known as "upsetting" is applied to thicken the pipes.
Outside diameter of Sloate Tubing is from 1.660” to 4 1/2”(42.16mm to 114.3mm), wall thickness is from 2.3PPF to 26.10PPF(3.57mm to 9.52mm). based on the standard of API 5CT, ISO11960, GOST, Sloate steel grade is from H40, J55, K55, N80, N80Q, L80, L80-1, L80-9Cr, L80-13Cr, P110 etc. As you know the length range is R1 (6.10-7.32M), R2 (8.53-9.75M), R3(11.58-12.8M), R2 is used most.
Besides EU and NU end type could be provided by Sloate, also the IJ and premiums thread type can be finished by us.
