This is a 550*450mm plastic injection mould we built for  Auto side parts inside car. Complex mould structure for difficult product contours. Parts are injected with ASA+PC.

Our high speed CNC milling machines and mirror EDM machines helped us to make this precise, complex mould within 30 days to meet its urgency from customer.

We ran mould in full auto mode for 6 hours continuously in our injection department and delivered all injection reports, mould dimension reports, and parts inspection reports to customer with the mould.
