Intumesent fire and smoke seals are for fitting into a rebate on the fire door or frame so that, when subject to heat, it expands to many times its size and fill the gaps with aflame-tight seal for 30 or 60 minutes, depending on size.
All the seals can be supplied with adhesive tape on one side.

The tape is applied directly and automatically to the seal during production of the same. The seals with adhesive are attached easily and rapidly. The seal will start to expand at the temperature 260 Celsius degree, and the main part expand temperature ID 370 degree, and it can expand more than 6 times.
