CNC Division located at Aurangabad comprises of CNC Machines, Automats,Shapers and other machines, specializes in manufacture of precisionautomobile components such as gears, pinions, sprockets, shafts asfollows :

1. Gears & Sprockets- Spur gears of 0.8 3.0 module achieving class of 7 to 8 as per DINStandard. Used for transmission purpose in gear box. Gears include oilpump gear, speed gears, starter gears and others. Timing Chain, Output/ Chain / Wheel / Crank shaft sprocket for transmission of motion fromCam shaft to Crank shaft.

1. Axles & Shafts - Axles upto 650mm , shaft kicks, main and propeller shafts

1. Machine Studs - Used for assembly of Brake Drum, Crank Case etc

1. Pinions - For starter motor assemblies manufactured in CNC Hobbing and Shaping Machines.
   
   
2. Bearing Race - Used to hold shaft for movements, balls in ball bearing, axle for free motion Components can be manufactured as per technical drawing / sample provided.
   
   
3. Other Components -Components can be manufactured as per technical drawing / samples ofthe client. We can also forge / cast components and supply them inproof machined condition.
