1.This Valve guide material is used in Manganese-Bronze, specication is CuZn36Mn3Al2. This material is up to German national standards, which is same as OEM material from Volkswagen company and PSA France company. (Our company developed this product specially, according to the standard of VW and PSA )

The material properties include the followings:

1. Good abrasion performance; 2. Excellent corrosion resistance; 3. High strength; 4. Good hot-forging property  5. Good machinability; 6. Excellent self-lubricating property, etc.

2.Because of the good properties of the material, the valve guide also has excellent properties, including high-strength; not easy deformation; good wear-resistance of high temperature(as the engine running temperature will be up to 600°C); excellent non-oil lubricity, when running at high speed will not be easy Locking; good corrosion resistance, the engine can work normally even in bad condition.
