• import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We can ship item to P.O. address.
• Combined Shipping is available for most items and we always try our best to save freight for our customers.
• If you have any question or request about international shipping, import tax and declared value, please email to us.

Payment Info

1.       

We only prefer PayPal, but only with confirmed address. Unconfirmed PayPal address transaction will NOT be covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

2.       

Item will be shipped after PayPal billing status is clear or completed.

3.       

We reserve rights to cancel transaction if payment not received after 5 business days.

4.       

All fraud transactions will be reported to Government Authorities, no exceptions.

Return Policy 

1.

Unless stated specifically on the listing, All sales are final, no refunds are available. We can only issue an exchange if the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped.

2.

All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 20% restocking fees will be charged.

3.

We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers.

4.

Professional installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage.

5.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. No claims will be honored after 2 days of delivery.
