RTV silicone rubber brief introduction

RTV silicone rubber is mainly be used as following:

1.     RTV silicone rubber can be used for Decoration building mould making, including column, porch column, interior column etc

2.     RTV silicone rubber is applicable  for Unsaturated rein crafts, epoxy resin crafts, poly resin crafts , plastic toys and so on.

3.     RTV silicone rubber is used forConcrete decoration, garden statue ,plant, sculpture, Buddha and animal crafts ..

Features of RTV silicone rubber :

RTV silicone rubber is white or red flowing liquid with general hardness of 22-50A°after curing with features ------

(1)high tensile & tear strength 

(2)  high duplication times

(3) Low linear shrinkage 

(4) resistance to high-temperature

(5)  resistance to deformation

(6)resistance to acid-alkali and expansion

Attention for using RTV silicone rubber

Usually , we do not suggest customer to add silicone oil to the silicone to adjust the shore A. If necessary, we would suggest to add as 5% silicone oil.
