Stainless steel flange is mainly used to joint two pipes together. It can be devided to integral flange, loose flange and screwed flange by structural style. Welded flange and welding neck flange are common integral flange. Flanged pipe fittings are pipe fittings with flange flaunching or flange. It can be formed by casting, threaded connection and welding. Flange joint consist of a pair of flanges, a filling piece and several bolts and nuts. The filling piece is placed on the sealing ply between two flanges, after locknut is tightened, the specific pressure on the surface of filling piece reaches to a certain value produces deformation, and fills uneven sealing surface, so the joint fits tightly. Flange joint is a detachable joint. Flange has bolt hole which can be inserted by bolt to connect two flanges and the fitting piece between them tightly. Flange can be divided into the container flange and pipe flange by joint components.
