It is a sliding bearing rolled by copper-steel strip which is high temperature sintered and rolled for many times, high quality low carbon steel as matrix and sintered tin-copper alloy on the surface.
Can be manufactured to customer's requirements and drawings.

Application Features
1. Different alloy layer of inner surface can meet requirements of different bearing capacity, temperature, and sliding speed.
2. Different structure oil grooves and points can be designed on the friction surface to meet different oiling style and protect the shaft from getting stuck.
3. Oil lubricating condition should be designed on operation:
For low speed, fully-closed oiling when assembling, and regularly oiling by plug on operation.
For medium speed, oil cup equipped for lubricating;
For high speed, immerse in the oil to lubricate.
