Order Processing Times

• After negotiation between customer and us, we will confirm the new order from customer.Then customer need to arrange the deposit.
• We will arrange the batch production after we received your deposit.The deposit will be in our account in 4-5 working days since you make the payment.
• We will ship out the goods according to the delivery time promised to customer.
• After finish the production, we will take the photos of the bath products , especially for the printed words on the product, the package including the sticker, inner box, carton and pallet, etc.And we will send these photos and packing list to you.
• The customer prepare the rest payment after confirm the batch goods.
• We will send out the goods according to your requirement after received your rest payment.

Payment terms

• HANJI accept L/C and T/T payment.
• For the T/T payment , we accept deposit for arrange the production and rest payment for delivery the goods.

What to do when you met the problem?

• HANJI will be here and help solve the problem.
• Please feedback us the problem you met as detailed as you can.It was possible,please send us the pictures, vedioes, test report,etc by email or online contact methods.
• HANJI will analysis the details you offered, and give you the feedback once received your information. For the quality problem , we need about 3-5 working days to work on it and give you the feedback.
• If it was the quality problem, and it belong to manufacture defects, HANJI will responsible for the goods.For several pieces, HANJI will send out to you on our cost. If for the batch quality problem , although we haven’t met, we will ask for sending back all of the goods. And HANJI will send the new products or repair the batch in warranty time about 30 days.
