USE AND CARE OF THE LUMBAR REST

* TO Inflate: Open the valve by turning it counterclockwise. The Lumbar Rest will inflate automatically.

* To Position: Place the Lumbar Rest behind your lumbar.

* To Adjust:

1) Lean on the cushion with valve open

2) Close the valve when desirable position is reached

3) If a better contour is desired, move the cushion forward or forward

4) Adjust the spring strap to Loose or Tighten the Lumbar Rest

* To Readust: Open the valve counterclockwise and allow the cushion to self-inflate, then repeat 1-4.
Combined use of Lumbar Rest and Neck Rest

* The Lumbar Rest can be used together with the Neck Rest and provide you with maximum comfort throughout the travel.

Cleaning: The Lumbar Rest is waterproof and air tight. It can be hand washed in cold water with mild soap and air dried. Before you wash, make sure to close the valve to prevent the water entering the Lumbar Rest.
