High Power T8 LED lighting

1. Scope:
This specification apply to the high power LED T8 Fluorescent lamp replacement made by Happywong Tech-Electronic(S. Z)Co., Ltd.

2. The Rule Of Product Code
2.1. This rule apply to the LED lamps made by happywong
2.2. This rule have eight part, and the fifth part is not the obligatory part
2.2.1 The first part indicate the name of lamp, eg, SD means spot light, GS means grid lamp, FL mean single tube fluorescent lamp replacement
2.2.2 The second part indicate the driver's location, W means the driver locate out of the lamp, and N means the driver inside the lamp
2.2.3 The third part indicate the type of lamp, eg MR16, GU10, E27, T8, T5
2.2.4 The fourth part indicate the color of the light, w means white, R means red, G means green, B means blue, C means color, WW means Warm white. DW means Daylight white CW means cool white
2.2.5 The fifth part indicate the number of light source, and this part is not the obligatory part
2.2.6 The sixth part indicate the Power consumption of the lighting source.
2.2.7 The seventh part indicate the number of LED array, if the lamp only have one array, then this part is null
2.2.8 The eighth part indicate the shape of the LED tube, S means the tube with shield, if the tube without shield then this part is null, and this part only apply to the LED tube series.

Eg: TJL-GS W T8 WW _10 -3 S
1) GS means grid lamp
2) W means the driver locate ourside of the lamp
3) T8 means the lamp is T8
4) WW means the light color is warm white
5) The number of light source is null
6) 10 means the power consumption is 10w per array
7) 3 means the lamp have 3 arrays
8) S means the tube have shield

3. General Description:
We use new generation high power LED as light source
Low power consumption: 40-50% less power consumption than the fluorescent lamp under same light output 80% less power consumption than the incandescent lamp under same light output. No need ballast and starter
Environmentally Friendly: Green lighting source, No UV emission, and no hazardous substances, comply to RoSH
Long life: Long life span, The LED's life will last 10, 000 hours. And about 35, 000 hours-when light output drop to 70% of initial output. Instant on operation.
Safety: Adopting high quality waterproof power supply, the maximal DC voltage is below 36V, and single LED nominal working voltage is below 4V, increased safety
Wide usage: Can using in the low temperature, the conventional fluorescent lamp can hardly start successfully under low temperature
