Auto Exhaust Pipe CQ-90

Flexible exhaust pipe is collocated for various kinds of automobile exhaust systems it is installed in vent-pipe between the engine vent-pipe and muffler. This makes the exhaust system assume a flexibility link, so it can shock absorb and reduce noise. It is convenient to install and will increase the life of exhaust anechoic systems.

1) If it is used for the exhaust system of a car, the main mode is double corrugated hose and external stainless braided wire covering, and is structured such that both ends are straight section with card ring outside. Nominal diameter is ??40-??90mm, and it can be equipped with inside lining (braided covering or twin pipe inside lining). It is connected by flange and welding, and is installed in the vent-pipe between the muffler.

2) If use for the exhaust system of a truck, passenger train, or bus, it is used for the high-temperature part of the vent-pipe. It can absorb and compensate for the vent-pipe. It expands with heat and contracts when cold, preventing steel breach. It is connected by flange and welding, and has a diameter between??60-??125mm.
