Our main products have auto condenser, intercooler, aluminum radiator, copper radiator, heater radiator and so on.
The company has a provincial Technical Center. Totally 64 engineers and technicians work in the technology development, including 3 researchers, 9 graduated students, 12 senior engineers. Kaihong has about 700 sets of machines and over 600 sets of instruments and meters. Our research and production management system is perfect.
Since 1987 when it began to research and develop auto radiator, Kaihong has developed copper and aluminum auto radiator of cars, buses, trucks, light trucks, mini vehicles, agricultural vehicles, construction machinery up to more than 2000 types products and has a capacity of producing 600000 radiators, 200000 central cooler of many kinds per year.
In the past 20 years, our auto radiators win the third prize for promoting sciences and technology granted by Ministry of Aerospace and Aviation, Guizhou Province New Products Awards and the silver prize for high-tech exporting products converted military field into civil uses and so on. In August 2002, Kaihong passed the quality certification ISO/9001-2000 and in the same year we were entitled with official competency certification of managing import and export business independently. In September 2007, it was granted with TS/16949 quality system authentication.
Our company devotes to develop refrigerator parts and auto radiator industry stronger. At present our company is core supporting enterprises of Guizhou Haier. Five series of more than 70 types of radiators have been researched, forming annual output of 20 millions. Our company takes the first place in the South East Area in China, establishing long-term cooperation relationship with more than 10 professional automotive manufacturers such as FAW, Changan Kuayue, Ziyang Nanjun, etc. We adhere to the combinative policy of production, study and research, and have researched successfully new products such as windshear lidar, oil pipeline conveyer equipment and so on.
