11. Auto cut-off: once there is a short circuit or open circuit, the ballast will stop working automatically.
12. Protection voltage: When the voltage exceed 35v, the ballast will stop working automatically, and make the output power below 45w, to protect the ballast and bulb from damage. When the voltage is 8v, the ballast can still work normally. But when the valtage is below 7v, the ballast will stop working to protect the ballast from damage.
13. Reverse polarity protection: The ballast will stop working automatically when a reverse polarit happens

10000k brilliant blue (more blue, 80% output of the 5000k)
12000k exotic violet (less lumen, however "exotic")
30000k pink/violet (more redish compare to the 12k stands out)
