We have our own development and design department, also we produce and maintain our own tooling. All parts are manufactured and maintained in house to give our customers full peace of mind that their product is in our control and quality (ISO/TS 16949/2002, ISO 9001:2000) is maintained throughout the manufacturing process of Precision Disc Springs, sometimes referred to as Belleville Washers or Conical Washers.

We produce according to DIN 2092 and 2093 specifications (Germany Industry Standard) for applications which require high quality precision disc springs. Our conical spring washers are produced according to DIN 6796.
