Production Process

Drawing Studying

Technicians study at customer’s drawings and make a perfect production plan to provide customer superior quality products at the least cost.

Raw Material Inspection

Purchase all raw materials from reputable original manufacturer

to reduce cost and guarantee the quality of raw materials.

Casting

Our factory have 3 sets of own melting furnace. 

Our factory adopts centrifugal casting, sand casting, mold casting:

4 sets of centrifugal casting machines,

1 set of coated sand casting machine.

Machining

Our factory has 3 sets of CNC machines, 15 sets of turning machines, 2 sets of grinding machines, 2 sets of milling machines 1 set of drilling machine 2 sets of punching machines and 1 set of laser carving machine.

Special Process

Surface powder coating, hardening, artifical aging, pressurizing, anodizing, letter carving, and etc according customer’s requirement.

Finished Products Inspection

All products are subject to strict QC inspection.

 Material report and dimension inspection report

 are provided as request.

Packing

Each product wrapped in plastic and put into cartons, cartons put into standard export fumigation wooden cases.

Delivery

Sample sent to customer by air.

Large quantity products delivered to customer by sea from Dalian Port.
