Mechanical Seal  HFJS

Structure characteristics:

Single cartridge mechanical seals, easy to install and operate, balanced type, independent of direction of rotation, short inboard length.  Stationary design & external multiple springs, no touch with mediums.

Usable ranges:

Ratio of solid≤30%.

Temperature: ≤75°C ( can be 150°C in the medium of pure liquids ).

Pressure: ≤1.6MPa.

Shaft diameter: ≤150mm.

Mediums with high ratio of impurities such as gypsum slurry & limestone slurry.

Main Applications:

In side entry mixers of Absorption tower of flue gas desulphurization equipments used in coal-fired power plant, in reaction tower used in chemical papermaking industry.  This type can totally replace the mechanical seal of German EKATO mixer.
