  Sludge dryer can dry the materials which contain 90% moisture to finished products by one time. Aiming at the agglomeration & unity block features in the drying process, changed the materials plate structure form of common single channel dryer, adopted combined-type self cleaning device, greatly expanded single channel dryer application scope, not only can dry all kinds of sludge, still can dry all kinds of high viscosity materials.

  Sludge dryer is mainly used in compound fertilizer, coal slime, gypsum, fly ash etc. drying operation, also can used for chemical products, foundry sand etc. wet materials.

Working principle:

  Sludge enter into dryer's inner guide plate by feeder which through chute, along with the barrel's rotation, the sludge is guided to the tilt scatter plate device, i.e. lift to the central situation of barrel, gradually scatter forms material curtain, high temperature air flow is running through, made the sludge preheating and evaporation partial moisture. When sludge scattered, moves to the active grate strip type wing plate, then materials mixed with the preheated grate strip type wing plate together, transmit the heat to materials, make partial moisture to evaporate. Meanwhile, wing plate clip the materials, lifting, scatter, repeated many times, material and hot air go ahead convection and contact heat exchange. At the same time cleaning device which is buried in material, also along the inside of circular arc scatter plate downslide, clean down the adherent materials which on the scatter plate inside. When cleaning device along with cylinder turned vertical line, then drag on the back of circular arc scatter plate, clean down the adherent materials which on the scatter plate outside. Along with the continuous rotation of barrel, make partial moisture to evaporate, sludge get further drying. Meanwhile, cleaning device play a role of crushing sludge block & ball, improve drying speed, finally sludge become low moisture loose material, discharge from the exist mouth.
