| We manufacture all types of copper washers, copper shims also favourably known as metallic gaskets and metallic shims ranging in thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 4.0 mm . These washers after pressing on press machines are annealed and converted soft gaskets to serve as leak proof joints. Having vast applications in the automobile field, these washers are used mainly in fuel injection systems, engines, nozzle assemblies and fastenings between Banjo bolts in pipeline manifolds. Copper material we use in the manufacturing of these washers exceed copper percentage by 99.5% to 99.8 % and above to maintain high quality standards.
