locking assemblies

The Locking Assemblies, Locking Elements, Clamping Sleeves, Shrink Disc,

being used for keyless   Transmission of power. These products successfully

replaces keys, Spine, polygon etc. , for connection of any  shaft to hub. The

standard size meets accordance with imported Assemblies. Since 1988 we had

 added many type of Locking Assembly, Shrink Disc, Locking Elements, Clamping

Sleeves, etc. in accordance with international standards. In fully equipped with all

 facility of manufacturing, Inspection and testing.

Though apparently simple, key transmission is one of the more difficult machining

operations and increases the cost due to various operations involved in preparing

key-ways: setting & down time + machining time, lateral shifting of key-ways in process.

Also it is extremely difficult to set the center-line of the key-way exactly symmetrical and

parallel to the radial plane.

Locking Assemblies provide for higher torques, self-centering ability and axial capacities in

rotating machinery. Applications include clutches, conveyor belts, turbine rotor flywheels,

brake drums and self-mounted gear units. The product uses a slit ring design for greater shaft .

A locking assembly is for the trip bar of a circuit breaker. A pivotal trip lever is coupled to the trip

 bar, in order to move therewith. The locking assembly includes: a locking mechanism, such as a

commercially available key lock, with a pivotal element; a mounting plate, which receives the key

lock and secures it to the circuit breaker; an extension member coupled to the pivotal element;

and a flexible linkage interconnecting the pivotal trip lever and the extension member.
