Heye high-speed steel is all produced with eletroslag refining(ESR), its grade and variety have been forming a complete range after consistantly improved through over 20 years and its quality has reached an international advanced level. Its grade covers three types: general-purpose, economic and high-performance; the former is our main products, whereas the latter and powder-metallurgical high-speed steel are our developing stresses, and any new grade can be developed according to customers application. In our variety included are several series: forged steels, hot-rolled rod, steel strip, steel sheet, cold-drawn steels, silver-bright steels etc. According to customers requirement forged and welded blank for cutter or die can be offered to raise material utilization ratio for them. With totally controlling the quality characteristics such as chemical composition, carbide shape, surface decarburization, size precision, especially alloy content, composition dispersion coefficient and purity as stresses, we put our quality management into a tight combination with customers demand and practical application to offer a guarantee for customers in their controlling the reliability and identity of heat treatment performance and utilization property.
