SELL ALUMINUM COIL COATING LINE
This production line is specially used for the precise coating of aluminum coil. Through

chemical conversion coating, adhered with homogeneous chromate conversion coating, the

surface is coated with various coatings. After high temperature roasting, colorful coating

aluminum coil is produced. It is useful for the composite use of aluminum panel.

Our aluminum coil coating line can be divided into two links: cleaning and coating. In

cleaning, we adopt international cleaning line equipment to wash the lubricate oil,

antioxidant oil and fat, Si, Mg, Fe, Cu and other impure deposits. By advanced non-

chrome formation, compact nest oxide skin is formed to closely combine coatings with

aluminum coil. Advanced formation technics helps effectively protect the environment and

save the cost. While coating, precise coating line is used to coat different paintings on the

surface of aluminum coil upon different uses. Then, automatic temperature control oven is

used to roast the aluminum coil, quality coating aluminum coil is produced.

SELL STEEL COIL COATING LINE
Steel coating production line is used to produce color steel plate. Adopting galvanized plate

as the base plate, through degreasing, parkerising and chromate treatment, coating,

roasting, color steel plate is manufactured. It is a type of composite material with both

advantages of steel plate and organic material: mechanical strength and easy shaping

property of steel plate; decorative and corrosion resistant property of organic material. This

product is widely used as corrugated sheet, battenboard, decorative panel and sheet for

household use.

In order to produce high quality steel coating production line, we make full research of

domestic and overseas system and process flows. Integrate with the latest development of

mechanical automation equipment and own experience of coating as well as design,

manufacture, installation, and testing of transmission industry, we manufacture our own

automatic line (you can choose PLC control direct-current machine and AC frequency

converter, touch screen and national tension control system). The technology of the whole

production line achieves international standard, largely lowers our cost, shortens

manufacturing time, advances and speeds up rate of return on investment. This product

adopts multi-area heating, cycle usage system ofhot air, exhaust gas reutilization,

environmental protection, low noise and low fuel consumption (oil, gas or coal).
