Adopting two single screw extruders for processing PE/EVA adhesive material sprial hose.One extruder  makes “W” type  hose profile , and the other extruder use to extruder adhesive. There is a forming wheel (mould) form the hose profile and the adhesive into the hose, and the hose moving forward synchronously. In the following technical data, only the recommended standard data, the extruder type can be change according to buyer’s different requirements on extruding capacity.
