We manufacture high quality hot coiled springs and suspension springs for machinery and other applications in the railway (for locomotive, freight and coach bogies), mining, military, agriculture and power industries. Hot coiled (wound) springs are also used in earthmovers (graders, excavators, tractors) & in the automobile industry as suspension springs for cars/trucks/trailers. We produce heavy springs for trams, agriculture etc 

Springs are made from steel bars by EN, DIN and GOST with bar diameter 12– 60 mm & bar length up to 7500 mm.
Heat treatment of the hot coiled springs: it depends on the steel grade used. Coating of the cold coiled springs: according to clients' request.  
Our factory is equipped with a complete line for heating, coiling, quenching and annealing of hot coiled springs (helical and conical). The induction heating makes production very flexible and even small orders can be executed. Thereafter the following treatment is applied to the hot wound springs, according to the requirements of the drawings: setting length to solid operation, grinding of the end coil, shot peening, magnetic inspection, corrosion-proof-coating.  

We are the only producer of hot coiled (hot wound) springs in Bulgaria.
