Railway equipment working principle:
The rotor of this series crusher can counter-rotate when the friction between the hammer and crushing plate is too big. That means the rotor and the crushing plate will use their other side to work. Through this kind of method, the service life is efficiently extended. Meanwhile, the spiral arrangement of the hammers on the rotor can improve the crushing ratio and gain uniform output size. Besides, running situation can be easily watched and maintenance also can be easy because of observation doors in front and behind of the crusher. Now it is widely used in coal-fired power plants for fine crushing.
