WCBG400 Multi-function Basis Material Mixing Plant Specializing High Speed Railway
Character
(1) The machine is equipped with amended soil twin shafts horizontal compulsion mixer (patent No.ZL00223418.1). The plant is designed into module type with reason layout in which each module is an independent function unit. It is easy to transfer and install. And it has the characters of accurate count (electronic and cubage count), uniform mixing and well applicability.
(2) This machine suit to be used to mixing various steady soil materials of hi-speed railway basis (amend soil; A/B mixed stuffing, aggregate gravels, as well as normal steady soil). It is widely used in the construction projects of expressway, hi-speed railway, airport, and especially, it suit the project that there is larger workloads and building site is relative fixed.
(3) The machine adopts “industrial computer + PLC + specialize counting meters” control form instead of traditional “VB language program” control, which greatly increases reliability and stability of the system.
(4) The machine is equipped with special main mixing shaft for mixing amend soil, A/B mixed stuffing, aggregate gravels, as well as normal steady soil, through frequency vary technology, to realize “one machine but multi functions”(patent applied).
(5) All processes of material match, count, transportation, mixing and discharge are operated in airproof conditions to prevent environment from pollution.
(6) This kind of mixing plant has been used in Wuguang (Wuhan – Guangzhou) hi-speed railway. It is the first multi function basis material mixing plant triumphantly used in hi-speed railway.
