VIJAY SHAKTI ENGINEERING WORKS Permanent magnetic Grids are designed for product purity for free flowing materials such as carbon black, drugs, chemicals, food products, grain, spices, salt and plastics. The Magnetic Grids are guard your processing machinery against dangerous tramp iron. These units are easily installed in any hopper or floor opening, chute or duct.

     Wing Type and Drawer Type Magnetic Grids are available in Single Bank and Double Bank models.

Magnetic Barrel Grids

 VIJAY SHAKTI ENGINEERING WORKS Barrel Grids a portable type magnetic separator for use in a final separating action as materials are being packed in barrels or other types of containers. These Magnetic Grids fit in or on standard barrels 15-1/2, 17 or 20inches and two types are available for tramp iron and fine iron separation.


Magnetic Hopper Grids

VIJAY SHAKTI ENGINEERING WORKS Magnetic Hoppa Grids a simple and effective device for removing tramp iron of both virgin and reground plastics as used in injection moulding machines. They prevent damage or blockage of valuable moulding or extrusion equipment resulting from build-up of ferrous metal contamination.

        Easy to install and no fixing or bolting, simply rest against walls of hopper.

        Available for Round and Square sided hoppers.

The Magnetic Grids are also designed as per customers specifications.
