 Advantage
The single column VTL model C5112-1 is a super rigid machines with big machining capacities, stable structure and high machining efficiency. The machine is equipped with one vertical tool head with one ram. It can also be equipped with high precision digital readout system (DRO) on X / Z axes. Electric encoder together with solenoid valves is integrated into the gear box. Gears are made of 40 Cr steel and precision ground for high precision and low machine noise. Electrics are controlled by OMRON / LS brand PLC.

The machines are designed and built to meet modern machining requirements of high speed steel cutters and carbide cutters on workpieces of ferrous, non-ferrous, composite and other materials.

 The structure of lathe

High torque AC 22 kW main motor for VTL model C5112-1 is adopted for driving the table through gear box. 16 speeds are achieved on the table. Double row cylindrical roller bearing is equipped under the table. The cone inner ring of the bearing can eliminate the radial clearance effectively for high precision and stable machining at high speed.

Hydrostatic working table

Hydrostatic table is adopted with constant flow synchronous pumps. It features:

a). low friction for permanent life of table,

b). heavy load capacity on table,

c). oil film between machine base and table absorbscutting vibration & loads,

d). a safety system controls the hydrostatic pressure for optimum safety.
