CM-2408is a high-performance, non-asbestos and solvent-free fiber composite gasketmaterial which is composed of aramid fiber, non-asbestos mineral fibers, nitrilebutadiene rubber binder, inorganic fillers and functional additives. The product is made through a Fourdrinierpapermaking (i.e., beater addition) process. It offers excellent low-flange-pressure sealability and torque retentionproperties, and is recommended for sealing oils, fuels, water, coolant and airin applications such as compressors, engines, transmissions, pumps, and oil pans,etc. CM-2408 is intended for applicationswith intermittent maximum operating temperatures up to 350℃.
