Hyperload Nut defends against the accident !
Hyperload Nut is superior lock nut.
Hyperload Nut is used at railroad construction as railroading fastener.
Features of Hyperload nut
1. Outstanding performance as a loosening stopper against external vibrating forces
2. Preventing the nut from falling off (falling off caused by loosening)
3. High-torque tightening operation is not always necessary because of its low dependency on tightening torque.
4. No special skills or tools are necessary for its attachment. The users can attach it by hands.
5. Whenever necessary, the user can easily remove it without a special equipments nor skills.
6. The quality of its performance will not go down though it is used repeatedly. The user can use it semi-permanently.
7. A single unit as a nut
Functions of Hyperload nut.
When attached to a bolt, a spring installed in a nut stretches circularly and vertically and shrinks back. By these force, the spring itself adheres to the screw thread and blocks out a force of the nut's loosening.
However, when removing from a bolt, a user pushes and loosens the release end, and by doing so he or she may unlock the spring's force when it is necessary.
Moreover, this function of loosening prevention can be sustained and the user can use this function repeatedly.
