FUNCTION: Made of medium carbon steel, this is a hydraulic pull cylinder in which the total stroke is the sum of the swing stroke and the clamping stroke. APPLICATION: This hydraulic cylinder provides a large clamping force to a workpiece and yet does not occupy so much space as to interfere with the placing and removal of the workpiece. TYPE: Single-acting and double-acting. The single-acting cylinder has a smaller clamping force due to the spring load of the return stroke which has to be deducted. The double-acting cylinder piston is driven hydraulically in both directions. The swivel swing can be either clockwise or counterclockwise and the standard swing angle is 90 degrees.
