1)The material of tooth body is 40Cr or 42CrMo,the machining process is forged and turned by the CNC.

      2)The material of all kinds of clips is developed from spring steel 65Mn,hardness is HRC47-54,surface is blackened.

       3)We use ultrahigh frequency welding machine to weld.

       4)Heat treatment the whole parts in belt furnaces, quenched in oil and tempered to make sure the tooth body hardness is in HRC46-52 or HRC42-48.

        5)We have developed more than 50 kinds of carbide drilling teeth.We can also develop new ones as per your requirement.
