    Stamping& Punching:  material thickness: 0.5~3.0mm

    Machining: Tolerance: +/-0.015

    Tube Bending: Dia: 12~100mm

     Welding: TIG and Mig; Manual and Robtic

3. How the parts are inspected: Our inspectors inspect parts according to inspection instruction with controlled drawings in every manufacturing processes, so you can be sure the unqualified parts will not reach you.

4. How the parts are delivered: Parts can be delivered with accurate quantity on time.

Inspection equipments: Hardness tester, Profiler, coating thickness tester
Acceptable material: Carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum
Have capability of designing toolings and make toolings. We can accept both 2D and 3D drawings in CAD, .pfd, Pro-E, Solidworks etc.
Powder coating also is completed in our own plant and for others , we have several very well-cooperated factories can do platings.
