We Design & Manufacture Cylinders as per IS standards & our standard range of Manufacture is between 40mm Bore to 200 mm Bore, Strokes up to 3.0 Mtrs. We exclusively use imported BUSAK + SHAMBAN' Seals & the Pressure ranges up to 350 kg/cm2.
We Manufacture Hydraulic Power Packs to suit Customer's requirements. We use standard Hydraulic Components, Bought outs& Hardware only of reputed makes available in the Indian market. Hydraulic Control Systems are need-based designs & we take up responsibility up to full & final trials.

Top & Bottom Bolsters - robust construction, mode of heavy thickness IS 2062 Steel Plates. Guide Columns - toughened, locked at both ends
using trapezoidal threads. Guide Bushes - high life, high temperature non metallic bushes for easy sliding.
Cylinder Brackets - heavy thickness IS 2062 Steel Plates, welded & stress-relieved. Hydraulic Cylinders - manufactured in-house, roller
burnished seamless tubes. Piston Rods & Guide Rods - toughened, hardchrome plated & ground. Patented Seals- confirming to IS,
high temperature-high pressure application. Hydraulic Power Pack- constructed using wet pin solenoid DC valves, other modular
valves & water cooled heat exchanger.
Furnace Shell - fabricated out of heavy thickness IS 2062 steel plates, welded using argon root run & low hydrogen electrodes, stress -relieved,
DP & pressure tested. Top heating furnace using Silicon Carbide Heater Rods - eliminates metal blocking at riser tube neck
Aluminium & maintain cool outer surface.
Furnace Temperature - accurately controlled using phase angle fired Thyristor & PID Controller.
Low Pressure Pneumatic Circuit - using servo valve & controls. Swing Type Component Catcher - for easy removal of casting.
Air & Water cooling solenoids as per requirement. The entire machine cycle operated through Programmable Logic Controller. Multiple programs can be preset, viewed &
monitored on HMI during machine operation.
Tilt Pour Gravity Die Casting Machine
Salient Features Robust base frame - out of square seamless tube, welded, stress relieved & DP tested. Die Mounting Structure - using heavy thickness IS 2062 steel plates. Alloy Steel Guide Rods - toughened, hardchrome plated & ground,
locked at both ends using trapezoidal threads. Guide Bushes - high life, high temperature non metallic bushes for easy
sliding. Smooth Tilting - on self aligning double row ball bearings. Three tilting speeds in forward & reverse direction. Each speed is infinitely settable. Hydraulic Cylinders - Patented Seals-confirming to IS, high temperature-high
pressure application. Hydraulic Power Pack - using wet pin solenoid type the DC valves. Hi-Lo pump facilitates
smooth closing of die halves and also reduces motor HI' Air & Water cooling solenoids as
per requirement. The entire machine cycle operated through Programmable Logic Controller. Multiple programs can
be preset, viewed & monitored on HMI during machine operation. |
