In the oil industry, oil drilling mud pump is the core component table, while the cylinder is a key 

component of mud. As the traditional double metal liner easy to damage in poor working conditions, 

which seriously affects the drilling efficiency.

   Research and development of oil fields use ceramic liner for mud pump by our company, which has

wear resistant, corrosion, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and superior 

performance, at the same time, according to the characteristics of  crashworthiness about metal 

cover. We use the specific process let ceramic liner fill in the metal cover, thus form a superior 

performance of the oil filed use mud pump mixed with ceramic liner.

   In the practical application in domestic or foreign oil field, the work life of our products is 5000-10000 hours,  which is 2-4 times than Dual metal Liner under the normal working condition.
