In order to meet the need of modern petroleum drilling technology, new mud pump fitting were deceloped by tsingtao zhifeng petroleum equipment co.,ltd through cooperation with china petroleum university(huadong) which have good properties of high-temperature, high pressure resistance, high antifriction and anti sulfur corrosion. Such as piston assembly, salve assembly and other product.
The piston assembly which produced by Qingdao zhifeng petroleum equipment co.,ltd have four serial, more than 40 types of piston. the body material are casted by the 45# or 55Mn alloy steel, and the piston cup are used imported high molecular material.
Our company is the original factory in Qingdao Petroleum Machinery Factory, and in 2008 passed American petroleum institute quality management system of preference API SPEC Q1 (REGISRATION NO.Q1-0637)and ISO/TS 29001(REGISRATION NO.TS-0469) and ISO9001(REGISRATION NO.0885)international quality system certification.
First set
Main part material: piston cup is used the NBR JSR-220S from Japan.
Reinforcement:: material of the base of the piston cup is Nylon N-12
Characteristics: ordinary anti-compression property and ordinary temperature tolerance, wear resistance property

Main part material: piston cup JSR-220S
Reinforcement: piston cup base:30 layers high strength fiber cloth
Characteristics: good anti-compression ,anti-abrasion and temperature tolerance property
Application: pump pressure around 20Mpa, temperature of cycling mud≤80°C
Third set
Main part materials: piston cup: JSR-220S, reinforced by high strength fibers
Reinforcement: piston cup base: high molecular composite
Characteristics: better anti-compression, anti-abrasion and temperature tolerance property, long service life
Application: pump pressure ≥20Mpa, temperature of cycling mud ≥80°C

Main part materials: piston cup: hydrogenated NBR or advanced high temperature tolerance and anti abrasion materials reinforced by additives
Reinforcement: piston cup base: 20 layers high strength fiber cloth or high molecular composite
Characteristics: excellent anti-compression, abrasive wear and high temperature tolerance property, good combination property at 80-150°C
Application: pump pressure ≥ 26Mpa,temperature of cycling mud ≥ 80°C, especially for ceramic cylinder sleeve and high pressure mud pump!
