We are a manufacturer of engine cylinder block and other relevant auto parts. We also produce as per customer's drawings or samples.

The main features of cylinder block produced by our Company:
1. It adopts the most advanced ZB3115 air-preload static molding machine with multiple contacts, which can improve dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of castings.
2. It uses fuelling-welding annealing furnace to make effective annealing treatment to all castings so as to eliminate internal stress and prevent the castings from deformation.
3. All of them adopt phenolic resin sand-control total box core-making process which makes quality of the inner surface of castings greatly enhanced.
4. Complete testing equipments can fully guarantee the mechanical property of castings. And also it adopts carbonaceous-siliceous fast analyzer, temperature measurement instrument, portable hardness tester, tensile testing machine and laboratory for analyzing chemical composition in front of furnace.
