Function and the features

The machine take the high rate vibration, hydraulic molding. The total power or the machine is 7.5KW+3KW, advanced process protection natural materials(gravel, sand)intact effectively.

The concrete parts which was produced by it will demolding immediately. Vertical conservation, smooth on the surface and solid inside, antifreeze, good impermeability.

The machine has two functions:

1. Vertical mould vibration-extrusion process can produce many kinds of D20~D140U-shaped, trapezoidal concrete parts.               

The two head of the machine can produce with different type or same type, and it can produce 60-80 pieces per machine with six peopled.
