Autotrainsmission Friction Plate Cutter is a novel cutting platform to cut friction plates on locking disks of torque converter. It can quickly cut friction plates into customized sizes with precision and easy operation.

4. Materials are adopted with conditioning and blackening surface finishing; portable centering and rotary type structure, size cutting as precise as +-0.1mm

5. Cut friction plates can be bonded directly with torque converter for use

6. Scope of application: paper-based friction plates, carbon-based friction plates and compound friction plates

7. Skid-proof tripod base makes cutting process more stable in varied working environment

8. The minimum and maximum inner cutting diameters are 168mm and 330mm respectively.

9. Graduation line is available on cutter shaft for direct measurement of cut length.
