ConST117 Portable Pneumatic pressure  pump is an extension from the ConST116.

It is to calibrate the big size gauges under test, pressure range is
-95% vacuum up to 40bar by pneumatic, and the adjusting
resolution is 0.1mbar.

It is much better than pliers-type hand pumps.
