Aluminium Titanate Riser Tube/Stalk Tube-For low pressure die casting

Aluminium titanate ceramic is the stoichiometric solid solution of aluminium oxide and titanium dioxide(Al2O3, TiO2), and is featured by:

Low thermal conductivity

Low coefficient of thermal expansion

Excellent thermal shock resistance

No or little wetting by molten non-ferrous metal

Riser tube /stalk tube is one of important ceramic parts on low pressue die casting machine.  The melting aluminium ( with the temperature700-900) is sent to the mould cavity through riser tube by pressure every 3-5minutes.
