There are mainly three kinds of casting technique in our company. They are lost foam casting, common sand casting, invsetment casting and coated sand casting.

       We have strong and comprehensive machining power as follows:-

1.  Horizontal machining center  KH63G   MADE IN South Korea          1 unit

2.   CNC MILLING MACHINE      5 UNITS

3.   Hobbing Machine                   12 units which can can make series of straigth tooth cylindrical gears and sprockets under 10 modules

4.   Many kinds of CNC LATHES around 20 units for processing shaft and discs parts.

5.  Many units of punching machine and 1 units of Laser cutting machine, which can cut steel plate under 14 mm with high precision.
