Pneumatic Tyre Union
Application: The pneumatic tyre union can be used for connection between low-pressure, large nominal diameter pipes which are frequently assembled and disassembled nonaligned. It is particularly suitable for connection between oil tanks of the solid control system in oil industry.
Structure: steel shell and pneumatic tyre
Operating temperature: -45°C-+50°C
Max. Sealing pressure (fluid pressure in the pipeline): 0.4MPa
Reconversion time when deflated: 1-3 sec.
The connecting pipe may be in GRP pipeline or rubber hose with connectors at both ends. The GRP pipeline is corrosion-resistant and light for easy handling. The rubber hose is easy for bending and suitable for field misplacement installation of pipeline.
