Shims are materials that are machined to very precise thicknesses so that they can be used for leveling or laser alignment. Shims are to compensate for small gaps between surfaces. Shims are available in both metric and imperial dimensions. Shim Kits usually consist of 260 pcs of shims for laser alignment. Smaller kits are also available.
