We deal in aluminum and copper alloy casting.

MANUFACTUREING

After inspection of customer's plan shall be determined.

These products are made by an organic self-hardening process using alkaline phenol resin. It is also possible to change the mesh of sand to be used according to product application, skin finish on a par with casting mold.

TESTING

Inspected by stationary metal analyser whether the material component meets standards.

 The degree of warp and measurement accuracy is inspected by coordinate measuring machine.

SAMPLE PRODUCTS

Heat sink wall thickness 1.25milimeter.

 Wrap the pipe with Aluminum casting.
