Oleodinamica Forlivese has been operating in the oil-hydraulics sector since 1974. The company focuses specifically on industrial lifting systems and the manufacturing field in general. It manufactures and commercialises hydraulic cylinders mainly according to customers’ specifications. Our aim in introducing our company is to awaken an interest in our products, so that you could possibly consider us as your solutions partner for hydraulic cylinders.

Our products: we manufacture cylinders up to 250 mm. bore, with max. 3200 mm hub. For internal diameters up to 200 mm. the maximum hub reaches c.ca 4000 mm. For our cylinders we use seamless cold drawn tubes from DALMINE – STRUCTO – BENTLER. The employed material is S.S ST 52.3 BK + S H8 DIN 2391 RA < 0,4. We use and process chromed bars in C40 with superficial hardening, 42CrM04 and all sorts of chromed bars, with chrome thickness which varies from 25-50-75 Micron, up to special chrome plating, according to customers’ requests. All welding on our cylinders is made by robotized systems (FANUC and MOTOMAN systems) which guarantee a high uniformity and homogeneity of the welding. If requested we offer cylinders provided with valve kits and piping which can be directly mounted by us. We can also paint cylinders according to customers’ specifications.
Oleodinamica Forlivese manufactures small to medium batches (5-10 pieces per months for a 10-month program), 1-unit initial prototypes, small batches (5-10 pcs) as well as bigger quantities (50-100 pcs).
Our technical office follows and supports the customers from prototyping to production and continuously works with our production department in the definition of manufacturing standards.
