Packing: We will pack the parts with VCI antirust bag and pack with plywood case. Also we can pack according to the customer's requirements.

Service:

At the project developing stage, we will do the job according to the PPAP procedure(fourth edition) which is specified by autocar department of ASQC(American Society for Quality Control),AIAG,Kreisler motors company and Ford general motors company,and supply the PPAP report to customers (including flow chart of process,FMEA, all dimensiones inspection

report,test result of material property,measure system analysis, regular lab documents control plan, PSW and samples).

At the production stage, we will provide the service of order production management and quality control for the customer per ISO9001:2008  Quality Control System standard.

At the delivery and shipment stage, we will do the Pre-shipment Quality evaluation per the special Class S-4, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-1996 Quality Inspection standard, or do the quality inspection evaluation according to the customer's requirements, and issue the evaluation report to the customers.
